Latest from Cato, The Libertarian Enterprise
Two rather different Libertarian organizations have sent out weekly announcements about what they have to offer.
The Cato Weekly Dispatch is a handy way to get a nice package of articles without being constantly bombarded by Cato e-mails. The latest includes Earth Day articles on green economics and global warming, Cato’s latest pieces on torture (including the Gene Healy piece referenced in the last post) and articles about gun rights and violence in Mexico. Meanwhile, at The Libertarian Enterprise, L. Neil Smith predicts that President Obama will try to outlaw the reloading of small arts ammunition, and suggests repealing the sentence in the Constitution that protects politicians from arrest for their crimes.
