Posting resumes

leave a comment »

I’ve resumed posting to the blog and apologize for my absence. I have a full time job, commuting eats up about another 10 hours a week, I write a weekly Internet column for a newspaper in Oklahoma, and just lately I was consumed by my efforts to publicize a new novel by SF author Roger Zelazny that I believed was being unfairly ignored by the mainstream media. (Am I a science fiction fan, or what? See my posting below). But I haven’t lost interest in the LNN and plan to resume regular posting.

Meanwhile, torture is straining the fragile romance that libertarians and conservatives forged over tea last week. L. Neil Smith fumes on his Twitter feed, “The moron Limbaugh defends torture as an American institution. I despair of ever being able to work with conservatives against Obamanistas.”
